Are you ready to get started? Here is a quick overview of our process and what to expect.

To get started, contact us with your request by clicking here.

We'll send you a link to pay an upfront deposit of 50% and a short information sheet to help collect some basic
information about your loved one. 

STEP

Once we receive your deposit and background sheet, we'll schedule a short phone or video "interview" call with you to learn more about your loved one and ask questions. You are welcome to include other family members on the call if you'd like, but we ask you to designate one "point person" to avoid confusion.

4

Within 48 hours, we'll send you a first draft to review and comment on. (Additional fees apply if you need it sooner
or if you require more than one round of revisions.)

We'll revise as needed and provide a final document that you can submit to your newspaper, funeral home
or share with others.

OPTIONAL: If you need the obituary, eulogy or special milestone remarks designed into a keepsake or if you need help creating a funeral/memorial service program, a custom tribute video or other special touches, we can help. Additional fees apply.
